New Sunday School year begins August 7

This year we will be using a new curriculum called Children Desiring God. We still need 3 teachers and 3 assistants for classes ranging from 1st to 5th grade.

Summer Schedule

No Sunday School for June and July.

Cal and Jeff will be in Virginia beach for General Assembly June 6-10.

Easter Schedule

Good Friday - April 22
7:00 p.m. “7 Last Words of Christ”

Easter Sunday - April 24
Sunday School classes are canceled. Join us, instead, in the fellowship hall for breakfast at 9:00 a.m. followed by worship at 10:30 a.m. Members and regular attenders: Remember to bring an egg dish and a bread or fruit to share.

Missions conference

Our annual Mission Conference starts Sunday, Feb. 6. Please make plans to join us, and please be in prayer for our time together.

This year we are emphasizing prayer and mission during the Sunday School hour, with discussion and prayer time together. The Pettits will discuss their experience with their recent “60 days of prayer.” Join us at 9:15 a.m. in the Fellowship Hall.

Also on the schedule for the month is Frank Sindler, Sarah Julien (video conference from London) and yours truly.

Then he said to his disciples, “The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few; therefore pray earnestly to the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into his harvest.” (Matthew 9:37-38)
